Engineering is taking the lead to coordinate site upgrades. The telecom engineering leader began
managing the upgrade process in response to the growing number of underdesigned
structures, and is now managing Sprint Sites USA’s efforts to upgrade their
structures to accommodate additional carriers and increase revenue.

big process and obtained the best prices from the best contractors to perform
modifications,” said Innovative Engineering’s Bob Illes. “We assure any zoning efforts are completed
in a timely manner and as cost effectively as possible,” he stated.
He added that Innovative Engineering also manages
the construction in the field to assure that the work is done according to the
plan and according to Sprint Sites USA’s quality standards.
