Louis A. Scheidt, P.E., P.P.

Louis A. Scheidt is the founder and CEO of Innovative Engineering. Mr. Scheidt has more than 30 years of experience in planning, administration, community service, construction and the application of the engineering profession. His many strengths include his ability to motivate others through excellent leadership skills. He has a strong commitment to producing results and has a high personal integrity that he incorporates into all he accomplishes.

Mr. Scheidt has extensive experience in the planning, design, construction, installation, and maintenance of wire, fiber and cellular facilities. This experience, coupled with his extensive knowledge and application of civil engineering and zoning, provides the broad background and technical know-how to implement highly technical telecommunication solutions.

Mr. Scheidt boasts Professional Engineering licenses in New Jersey, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Illinois, Wisconsin, Michigan, Iowa, South Carolina, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland and New York. He also holds a Professional Planners License in New Jersey.

Mr. Scheidt received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Civil Engineering from Valparaiso University and a Master of Science Degree in Management Service from Stevens Institute of Technology.
