Innovative Engineering, Inc.'s (IEI)'s  offers customized employee leasing solutions for clients looking to lease top talent.  IEI has a national pool and database of candidates, pre-screened, managed, and processed through our national PEO, which are easily deployable for any size or term a project requires; based upon the extensive back office and HR support staff we have in our Wall, NJ Headquarters location; which is also where we handle our employee management to ensure seamless success.  This service was born out of our telecommunications, utility, and power clients having large staff requirements for multi year projects as well as mandating that the individuals be highly qualified in the field they were going to be working in, in which they did not want to incur the costs of on boarding and hiring full time employees based upon the lack of opportunity beyond the projects end date; as well as to simply augment the current staff based upon workload and need.  This tailored approach has allowed us to be successful with some of the largest companies in the United States, and we currently have on-site and off-site employees with several Fortune 500 companies.
